MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION
Honesty, integrity and over 300 years of combined industry experience, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team of longstanding, service-oriented and enthusiastic staff.
Looking to hire a full-time, marketing/administrative assistant to work out of our St. Clair Shores, MI office located at 24400 Jefferson. The position will assist with all marketing efforts, data-entry, website updates and miscellaneous administrative office work. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, very creative and can think outside the box. Must work well individually as well as in a team, and be able to manage multiple projects at once. Eligible candidates will also have experience in the following:
• Programs/Systems: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Windows Live Movie Maker or similar, CRM Systems is a plus
• Website maintenance and performance analysis, knowledge of SEO/SEM
• Social media skills: Facebook, YouTube, G+ and Instagram
• Email marketing (design, marketing lists, A/B testing)
• Graphic design (for digital and print)
• Editing and creating videos and slideshows
• Data entry and importing/exporting of data sets
• Meeting and event planning
• Personal boating experience or past work in the marine industry not required but definitely helpful
