"I can't even begin to describe how amazing my experience was here. Ron Montoya was always cheerful and always had our best interest at heart. He told us when a boat was not right for us, even if it was a boat owned by the brokerage. He was always available whenever I called, no matter how trivial the questions were. Even after the sale, he made sure any help we needed, he provided.
Then there was Sam Mesi. He was very knowledgeable and always gave his honest opinion. For example, when he thought a boat he was selling was overpriced, he told us. Sam even took my family on a three day trip to bring the boat to Boyne from St. Claire. He taught me all along the way making sure I was able to handle the boat myself. All the while, he stayed calm and even keel no matter the situation.
I can't forget to mention the wealth of information that is the business office. They answered every question about financing, and even got me a lower rate at the last moment. They helped to find insurance, documentation, and anything else I needed to acquire the boat.
I also want to extend a special thank you to David Ottenhoff, Jerome Haynes, Kevin Dettloff, David Lesh and the entire service team. They were all the upmost professionals, and answered any and every question I had. They were also very efficient at correcting any service problems.
