While Kevin represented the seller and we had our own buyer's broker, he treated us as though we were his own clients from start to finish.Purchasing a boat is a major investment, and as first-time owners of this beautiful Sea Ray 380 Sundancer, there were many moving parts during the survey, repairs, closing, and final delivery. Throughout the entire process, Kevin worked side by side with our broker, the surveyor, the service department, and the marina to help ensure everything was completed as smoothly as possible. He was always available, quick to respond, and genuinely committed to finding solutions whenever questions or challenges arose.What truly sets Kevin apart is that his commitment didn't end when the paperwork was signed. He personally served as our captain for the trip from Chicago to our home port in Saugatuck, Michigan, making sure we felt comfortable and confident during the journey.Before we even left the dock, Kevin noticed that the boat had become dirty from sitting at the marina. Without being asked, he picked up the cleaning supplies and washed the entire boat himself. That simple act spoke volumes about his character. It wasn't part of his job. This was our first boat. We jumped all in! We were down to making a final decision and we had two good boats to choose from. The one we chose was in great condition, well maintained and at a good value. However, we ended up purchasing from JBYS because of Kevin McNally, he was the difference maker.
