Caden Monak | Service Technician

Caden grew up on the shores of Lake Erie in Huron, Ohio, and his journey in the marina industry began in high school. During his summer breaks, Caden worked for Monak Marine Surveying and would assist his dad with surveys. After graduating in 2020, he completed his certification for Yacht & Small Craft Surveying at Chapman’s School of Seamanship in Stuart, Florida. Caden still wanted more. He enrolled into the Marine Mechanic Institute (MMI) in Orlando, Florida and graduated in 2022.  If Caden is not on the water with family or friends, you can find him golfing, at the gym or picking up a game of basketball.
