Charles Jankowski | Service Technician

Charles was born and raised in Chicago where he grew up boating with his family in Wisconsin Dells. Having long held a passion for the water, he moved to Traverse City to attend the Great Lakes Maritime Academy. After completing two sea projects aboard bulk ore freighters for over 100 days, Charles was sure he wanted to work in the marine industry. In 2020, he graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Maritime Technology in the engineering program. With experience in diesel, electrical and HVAC, Charles has the background needed for the marine industry. Throughout school he supported himself by purchasing and restoring classic boats. In his free time Charles enjoys motorcycling, boating and snowmobiling.
