Kevin immediately followed-up with a phone call to assess the problem. Despite a VERY busy and hectic schedule, Kevin was able to work us into his commute to/from work . . . assessed our problem, and got us back up and working. Andy MacLachlan originally helped me find this boat years ago and was there for me when I sold it. The buying, end to end service service while I owned the boat, and the selling experience was excellent. I was only the second owner of the 1999 Viking 50 and JBYS has been the sole boat maintenance and service provider since the day the boat was "born", and I could not be happier with JBYS and their staff. Alex Tackonis was amazing. She kept hanging in there til the job was done. So nice and professional. Even arranged to have the dinghy in the dock next to us for this Saturday so we can just load it in the boat garage. Great employee. And Sal, the mechanic was great too. He told me that he would get the job done by this Friday so we can take it up to Lake Superior and he did it! Said I'm going to fix this thing! Great job by both employees. Thanks again.

Spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was comfortable driving and docking the boat (this was my first large boat purchase).
