Amy Krueger Malow | President

Amy has spent her entire life enjoying the boating lifestyle and grew up extensively involved in the family boating business. She was driving outboards by elementary school and painting boat bottoms by 6th grade. Amy did not pursue the boating industry as a career initially and holds Bachelor’s and Masters Degrees in Human Nutrition, and is a Registered Dietitian. After working clinically and in public health administration for over 10 years, Amy decided to officially join the leadership team at JBYS in 2005 and is 4th generation working in the industry. She has earned numerous continuing education certificates in the areas of business management, leadership, entrepreneurism, marketing and corporate wellness. Amy has considerable experience leading teams and large coalitions in both the public and private sectors, and is a firm believer that employee wellness and satisfaction is key in delivering the ultimate customer experience.
