"Got the Duffy in the water; it's been getting a lot of attention. We had some charging issues with it on Friday and Saturday, and I had to contact your Tech that set it up. Bob Alvin from your Chicago shop, was a real help. The issue turned out to be an intermittent shore power problem that was resolved by moving to a new dock.
