SACS Marine, the Italian builder known for its performance-driven Strider and Rebel ranges, has introduced an entirely new yacht range.
The SACS Hyper 5S made its world premiere at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival as the first model in the new SACS Hyper range, marking a new direction for the Italian builder and its move further into the luxury yacht market.
For boaters already familiar with SACS Rebel, Hyper expands the SACS lineup with a more yacht-oriented approach to space, accommodations and cruising.
What Is the SACS Hyper 5S?
Designed by Christian Grande, the Hyper 5S was created around how owners actually spend time aboard, from running and entertaining to longer stays on the water.
A flush main deck creates an open flow through the boat, while fold-down side terraces expand the cockpit at anchor and create a closer connection to the water. Below deck, substantial accommodations include an owner’s cabin, separate shower and a multifunctional area that can provide additional sleeping space.

Open-Air Performance Meets Yacht Comfort
The SACS Rebel range spans 40 to 55 feet and combines the open-air experience and performance of a luxury sport boat with the comfort and accommodations of a yacht. The range is recognizable by its distinctive foam-filled D-fender and is built around outdoor living, generous social spaces and easy movement throughout the boat.
Expansive bow and aft areas create plenty of room for entertaining and enjoying the water, while accommodations below extend the experience beyond day boating. Rebel fills a unique space for owners who want a performance-driven, open layout without giving up the ability to cruise and stay aboard.

The new SACS Hyper range moves further toward the luxury yacht category. Rather than building on Rebel’s Maxi-RIB-inspired architecture, Hyper introduces a more yacht-oriented platform with traditional fiberglass hull-sides and greater emphasis on interior volume, onboard living and extended cruising.
It is a different balance within the SACS lineup: Rebel leans toward the open-air, performance-driven experience of a luxury sport boat, while Hyper brings more of the space, accommodations and cruising experience of a yacht.
SACS Hyper 5S Performance and Propulsion Options
The Hyper 5S is available with several propulsion configurations, including surface drives, Volvo Penta IPS, sterndrives and Mercury Verado outboards.
That range gives owners the ability to choose a setup based on their priorities, from outright performance and cruising efficiency to maneuverability and outboard power.
