Big boat features are apparent with available Seakeeper 1, bow thruster, thru-stem claw anchor with windlass, Release helm chairs and an electric head with overboard discharge. These combine with bay boat features such as trolling motors, power poles and jack plates. The V-29 also features 180 gal. fuel capacity, so range is maximized with very economical fuel consumption of either twin Mercury V6 225 4 stroke, twin Mercury V8 300 Verados or twin Yamaha V6 300.

The V-29 will excel on the tournament circuit or as a luxury tender to motor yachts, sportfish boats or even larger Valhalla’s due to its fish-focused layout that does not sacrifice seating and comfort. The aft flip-up bench seat, numerous helm seat options, console lounge and available forward bench seats tout her ability to be a yacht tender. Premium upholstery, available Bentley stitching and teak backrests add to the yacht finish of the V-29.

The V-29 features dual 26 gal. live wells on the aft casting deck, an optional in deck 40 gal. live well aft of the helm seat, and optional helm seating module with 45 gal. live well. The V-29 also includes two insulated in-deck fish boxes in the cockpit that plumb to a Whale Gulper diaphragm pump, two midship lockable storage boxes that will fit ten total rods (five in each hatch) up to 6’3” and can fit up to 10’ fly rods with extended tubes. A large in-deck hatch at the bow adds to the excessive storage.

Valhalla DNA can be found on the contemporary helm with a teak or faux teak helm pod, dual flush mounted 19” multi-functional devices (MFDs) or a single 24” MFD from Garmin or Simrad, backlit labeled Bocatech switches, overhead electronics pod to house a fusion stereo, VHF radio and additional accessories. Additionally, the V-29 is designed and engineered around the weight of the Seakeeper 1 while maintaining storage and deck space.

Like the larger Valhalla models, the optional V-29 hardtop comes with a six-rod rocket launcher, molded-in electronics pod and ample lighting such as bow and cockpit facing Lumitec spreader lights, overhead lights and molded in speakers. Light bars, FLIR infrared camera and radar will also be available for those looking to enhance fishing capabilities and safety. Telescoping or fixed outrigger poles from Gemlux are also available. A second station stand-on console option is available for those looking for a bird’s-eye view. Serviceability is a key design objective for Valhalla, which is why we maximized bilge access via a flip-up bench seat on the forward section of the aft casting deck. Clear access to mechanicals such as the Hooker sea chest live well system, seacocks and bilge pumps make maintenance a dream.

Viking and Valhalla expertise, quality and craftsmanship will deliver another industry leading center console.

The Valhalla Boatworks V-29 Hybrid is set to debut at the Palm Beach Boat Show March 21-24, 2024.
