Jerzy Zdrojkowski | South Service Operations Manager

Jerzy is a USCG 100-ton Masters maritime professional with over 15 years in the industry. He grew up boating in Michigan but became immersed after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business and relocating to the British Virgin Islands in 2008. Jerzy was part of the real estate, development, and operations teams that constructed and operated an ocean-side 400-acre residential resort community and a 10-acre yacht club with a purpose built 875’ floating dock for super yachts. After spending 6+ years in the BVI, Jerzy moved back to Michigan where he spent the last 9 years as the Marine Operations Manager for a privately owned fleet of pleasure craft with operations in the Great Lakes, Florida, Bahamas and BVI. Jerzy has earned an excellent reputation among his principals and peers and credits this to lessons learned in his broad and unique experiences in the service sector.
