Got the Duffy in the water, it’s been getting a lot of attention. We had some charging issues with it on Friday and Saturday, and I had to contact your Tech that set it up. Bob Alvin from your Chicago shop, was a real help. The issue turned out to be an intermittent shore power problem that was resolved by moving to a new dock. I had to call Bob after hours and on Saturday which I hated to do, but he could not have been more responsive and made several calls to his contacts trying to resolve the problem.
