The service team at JBYS did an outstanding job in helping us deal with some mechanical issues that we had during our trip to Georgia Bay. Specifically Dave Ottenhoff and his team. They went out of their way to make sure that we were properly taken care of. This was done with no notice and they were able to squeeze us in to a very compressed schedule. I really appreciate the tremendous level of service that Dave and the members of his team gave us. JBYS is very strong!
