The Michigan Boating Industry Association (MBIA) is looking for a great candidate to help grow and support the marine workforce in Michigan. The primary role of the MBIA’s open Workforce Development/Membership Coordinator position is to develop a capable short and long term workforce for the state’s boating industry by creating, promoting, and supporting industry training and education programs within Michigan. The Workforce Development/ Membership Coordinator will act as a liaison and representative for Michigan’s recreational boating industry, and will seek grand funding to support workforce development and career awareness for the boating industry in Michigan.

The marine industry is also a growing one. It has a critical demand for employees with rewarding careers. Jobs include Technicians, marine mechanics, yacht maintenance workers, fiberglass technicians, engine mechanics, dock workers, parts managers, service managers, sales representatives, and tons more.
